Our toys are crafted from recyclable, non-toxic bioplastic derived from renewable resources, typically from fermented plant starch like corn, cassava, sugarcane or sugar beet pulp. They’re safe, durable, and designed with sustainability in mind.

Are Filamentoys safe for children?

Yes, safety is our top priority. All our toys had been carefully designed with safety in mind and are carefully evaluated to ensure they are suitable for children aged 3 years and up.

What age range are the toys designed for?

Filamentoys are designed for children aged 3 and above, encouraging imaginative play while fostering creativity and cognitive development.

Purchasing and Shipping

Where can I buy Filamentoys?
You can purchase our toys directly from our website or through select online retailers. 

Do you offer international shipping?
No, we we are currently only shipping to UK - Mainland

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We use Standard Shipping Tracked and the costs is £3.50. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 business days for domestic orders.

What is the lead time?

Every product is made to order so the estimated lead time before hsipping is 2 to 3 business days.

How do I clean and maintain the toys?
Our toys can be gently cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging them in water or using harsh chemicals to ensure their longevity.

Are the toys durable enough for outdoor use?
Yes, our toys are durable and can handle outdoor play, but we recommend storing them indoors to preserve their quality over time.

What is your return policy?
